As the owner of OrthoRehab Physical Therapy since 2019, he has successfully implemented strategic initiatives including staffing, marketing, and operational improvements to enhance patient care and clinic recognition. Additionally, his role as a manager at Innovative Urgent Care & Family Health since 2017 showcases his ability to improve productivity and manage medical staff efficiently. Mary Beth Geyer-Bradley, MS

Mary Beth, with a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Sport Science from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Drexel University, has built a robust career in the physical therapy and sports rehabilitation field. Her experience spans from serving as an Assistant Athletics Performance Coach at Baylor University, where she designed strength and conditioning programs for multiple sports teams, to working in sales and as a field service representative for medical equipment companies. Mary's skills in relationship building, program development, and patient education have been honed through roles that required adaptability, effective communication, and a deep understanding of athletic performance and recovery.
